RF Engineer with more than 17 years of experience involved in the cellular/wireless
telecommunications systems using LTE, UMTS, CDMA technologies, with the skills developed in
Arieso, Ericsson, Marconi and WFI Companies to perform network optimization, RF Planning and
RF design.
Experience involves different areas: design, launch and optimization of wireless networks, such
as AT&T, Telcel, Claro Argentina, Claro Puerto Rico, metroPCS, Sprint, T-Mobile, Cingular, and

Ø Evaluation of the audio quality through the use of a Land Audio Measurement Station (LAMS)
and ranking the audio using a Mean Opinion Score (MOS) algorithm defined by the particular
hardware vendor.
Ø In addition to the voice quality, the next metrics are evaluated: signal quality (for digital
systems), adjacent channel interference, handover performance, and phone transmit power
(CDMA only).
